What a race it was on Saturday, hope you followed the Bazinga and the Living Breathing in the Stradbroke! We will be racing on a soft 5 track with we have the rail out eleven metres for the entire course and the first race to jump at 12.00pm.

Race 1: MAIDEN (1660M)

Yes, pass, save money for later on.

Race 2: MAIDEN (1350M)

The favourite here looks to be slightly under, which is why we are siding with Mystic Mac. From the low draw with the claim and for the second time out over this trip he can atone here for the Meagher team.

Race 3: MAIDEN (1200M)

Fill up over the weekend for fellow mugs and mugettes who followed Lloydy and I in over the weekend and there is a similar play here with Caspernova. With two seconds from two starts and barrier eleven here he can be just off the pace here and be way to smart late.

Race 4: Benchmark 68 (1600M)

This is a pretty open race but we don’t shy away from a challenge, for that reason the Bazinga comes up here in race four. Mission of Love was a few lengths of the smart Metalert first up and then went back to her home track and just missed. She comes to this basically third up and with form around some quality horses over the mile and she will be too classy here.

Race 5: Class 6 (1110M)

Hold on Honey on form should belt this field but there is just a lot of pace on paper and if he takes them on he will be very vulnerable late. My Snow Queen was awful last start but I am happy to forgive that run, prior she was behind Typhoon Tavi beating home All Stashed Up and both line up in the eyeliner Saturday. She will camp just off the pace and be swooping late.

Race 6: Class 3 (1110M)

Keen to be with Hurts So Good here, comes through a nice win last start with subsequent winners through that race. With Maloney on and from barrier eight he gets a lot of favours here.

Race 7: Class 1 (1200M)

Impendor finally gets on the board, and third up here from a nice draw for the Dunn team that could be the win that breaks the duck here and he gets on a roll!

Race 8: Class 3 (1350M)

Great race to the end the day with a bit of Brisbane quality about it. Deep Respect comes through the Fred Best so this could be an afterthought but third up this preparation and form behind Stefi Magnetica and Bases Loaded this race looks his to lose.
